This three hour workshop will focus on the primary reasons we get stuck in our lives and careers, and provide participants with a plan on how to get *unstuck* and move forward to live a more proactive, purposeful and fulfilling life! Participants will walk away from the workshop with new tools and proven strategies that will enable them forward in all areas of their personal and professional lives. The workshop will motivate, empower and inspire your team to 'Create their Masterpiece' in life.

The last hour of the workshop will be devoted to visualization and taking your employees to the next level!
Visualization is one of the most powerful "secrets" used by World-Class Goal Achievers, Olympic and Professional Athletes and Top CEO's. They all recognize that just setting a goal gets you half way there; they "visualize" their success through the use of pictures, words and phrases on a daily basis, essentially programming the mind to see the end result. Participants in the second half of the workshop will tap into this powerful technique, by creating their own Vision Board!
This exercise is a perfect team building activity with your group! Participants walk away with a solid understanding of their personal and professional dreams and goals, as well as those of their co-workers/ friends.
